We approached Lomar to improve an existing tube forming process that was outdated and only producing 125 parts an hour.  They worked with our engineers and tool room to find out what had and had not work for us over the years and then came back with an fully automated machine that included a tube hopper, seam detection, length verification, transfer system and forming stations.

End result was an 385% increase in production.  Lomar became the benchmark for all new projects!
