Elastrometric & Roller Swage Services

Lomar provides internal two groove Elastomeric and three groove Roller swaging services for sleeves, unions, nuts, and bulkhead fittings to tubing manufactured from aluminum, CRES, titanium and other exotic materials for aerospace applications.

Elastomeric two groove swages are produced utilizing Eaton 5175 Swaging unit for -4 through -8 tubing.   -10 through -24 tubing utilizes Eaton 5720 Swager unit.

Three groove roller swages are produced utilizing Eaton 4777 and 6777 Internal Roller Swage machines for -4 through -24 tubing.
