Portable Tube Bender & Flare

The S1140 Portable Tube Bender and 37º Flaring unit is an inexpensive, lightweight solution to common, short run hydraulic tube bending and flaring needs. The S1140 utilizes a 5000 psi hydraulic hand pump, which provides effortless operation. The S1140 may be vise-mounted, bolted to a workbench, or simply used on any flat surface such as the bed of a truck. Quick-change tooling is standard.

• Produce quality bends up to 120°	• 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4"
• Built-in visual degree of bend gauge	• .049 and .065 wall, mild steel

Flaring Capabilities

• SAE 37° Flaring	• 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4"
• .049 and .065 wall	• Seamless, mild steel tubing only
