New Lomar Six Hit Servo Indexing Endformer      

(November, 2007)

Lomar introduces new Six Hit Endformer with servo driven indexing for the tooling turret which has increased speed and functionality dramatically.
Also added as an option is secondary clamping operation which allows for the ability to use one machine and one operator where traditional set-ups would require two each. Thus increasing machine and operator efficiency as well as maximizing valuable plant floor space.

New Lomar Cellular Brazer      

(July, 2007)

Lomar introduces new cellular flame brazer.  Standard features include torch oscillation for single part brazing and rotational platen for multiple parts or round parts.  A variable frequency drive is used in conjunction with a regenerative blower for air mixture in the gas train to provide easy temperature adjustment at the manifold.

(November 21, 2006)  New dual head air over oil crimp machine provides 15 -tons of crimping pressure per head with 80 psi of shop air pressure.  Utilizes existing Lomar split die sets for crimping air conditioning hoses, brake, fuel, power steering and transmission lines.

Lomar Celebrates 30th Anniversary       


(November 3, 2006)  Lomar employees and spouses joined together Friday evening November 3rd to celebrate with Jim and Mary Geisman in accomplishing 30 years of manufacturing excellence.  President Ron Geisman extended his appreciation to all of the employees and families for their hard work and dedication in making Lomar Machine & Tool Company what it is today.  Celebration included a champagne toast from Jim and Mary, dinner,  entertainment from the Jimmy Carmody Show and dancing.

New Portable Tube Bender.  Lomar S1140 Portable Tube Bender is an inexpensive, lightweight solution to short run tube bending needs. It’s 10,000 psi hydraulic cylinder offers effortless operation when compared to traditional hand benders. The S1140 may be vise-mounted bolted to a workbench or used on location. It takes only seconds to set up by connecting a hydraulic line from your pump, and installing the desired set of tooling. Quick-change tooling is standard.
