Lomar engineers were the first to build dedicated tube benders using computer-aided design and manufacturing techniques. Thus, eliminating the build "on the fly" bend module by bend module method as used by other manufacturers.  Lomar designs and manufacturers both pneumatic and hydraulic dedicated fixture benders. Standard components include "lube-free" slides and gibs, toggle & link system to ensure proper position of clamps, dies and wipers.

The S1060 Bender with split bend die capability is ideally suited for both prototype bending and for small lot production.  The unit may be used with both solid and split dies with bends up to 200 degrees being accomplished with the split bend die.  The machine is very versatile and may be used to bend a wide variety of materials and shapes.

The S1099A & C Bender suits both prototype bending and small lot production applications.  Quick change tooling eliminates the need for hand tools and provides a complete bending setup in five minutes or less.  An electronic encoder sets the degree of bend.  You can pre-program five part numbers with up to ten bends each. The operator needs only to select the pre-programmed bend.  You can order the S1099A bender as either a right or left hand bender.  Self contained unit requires only a 115V 1PH. 60 Cy. 20 AMP power source.

A compression style, production tube bender ideally suited to single bend tube bending requirements, and it can consistently produce tubes to OEM tolerances on bends up to 90 degrees.  Where more than one bend is required, the S1110 allows tooling to be quickly and easily changed with hand tools.  Alternatively, two or more S1110 benders may be set up with different tooling in a production line.

The S1140 Portable Tube Bender and Flaring Machine is an inexpensive, lightweight solution to common, short run tube bending and flaring needs. Compared to manual flaring and bending tools, the S1140 combined with any suitable 5000 psi hydraulic pump provides effortless operation. The S1140 may be vise-mounted, bolted to a workbench, or simply used on any flat surface such as the bed of a truck. Quick-change tooling is standard, as Lomar customers have come to expect. Additionally, the bending and flaring heads are also designed for quick, "no tooling required" changeover.
