Multi-Hit Hydraulic Endformer represents the latest in machine design innovation from Lomar. Designed for high volume production operations, the S1138 makes a revolutionary leap forward in endforming technology by performing endforming and grooving operations, at cycle times up to 75% faster than before.  The Lomar S1138 utilizes an 8-station rotational indexing clamping system, which incorporates up to 8 individual sets of clamp tooling.  The result of this manufacturing process is a finished part, with up to 6 endform operations, in less than 4 seconds, without excessive diameter reduction.

Four-hit hydraulic endformer provides quick tool changes and set-ups for flexible production in today's manufacturing cell environments. The portable, self-contained unit occupies a compact 7-foot long by 3-foot wide space.  The endformer  accepts industry standard endform tooling and clamp blocks.  Tooling is also available to load ferrules, fittings, and other components onto the tube being formed.  The S1130-4 also accepts auto-loading and unloading material handling processes.

Six-hit hydraulic endformer also provides quick-change tooling which makes removing the clamp blocks, tube stop, and cartridge-style punch holder assemblies fast and effortless.  The endformer also accepts industry standard endform tooling and clamp blocks.  A unique program feature allows the six-position radial indexing tool head to rotate in either direction to achieve the shortest index time.
